Monthly engine cap
Each customer also has a monthly cost ceiling so a weekly run cannot spend without limit. The default is $20 of estimated engine cost. When the cap is hit, remaining calls are skipped and the email says so.
Changing plans
Stripe Checkout starts the subscription. The customer portal changes or cancels it. Downgrading to Starter keeps the first 25 active questions and turns the rest into drafts.
