The service
Citerra sends buyer-style questions to AI assistants and reports whether your product was named, in what order, and which URLs were cited. A weekly email suggests a few concrete fixes. We do not promise that any assistant will recommend you.
Accounts
You sign in with a magic link to an email you control. You are responsible for that inbox. Do not track a product you have no right to describe, and do not enter personal data about your customers into the question text.
Plans and limits
Starter is $19 per month and includes 25 active questions. Pro is $49 per month and includes 100. The free check is 5 questions on ChatGPT and Perplexity, rate limited per network, and unlocks by email. Paid runs also stop when the account hits its monthly engine cost cap. Limits are enforced on the server. Fees are billed by Stripe and can be changed or canceled in the customer portal. Taxes may be added by Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not use Citerra to attack, spam, or evade the rate limits of OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, or Anthropic. Do not use it for unlawful products, malware, or to misrepresent a competitor. We may suspend an account that creates cost or legal risk for the service.
AI output
Answers come from third-party models with web search. They can be wrong, outdated, or inconsistent. Mention detection is automatic and can miss a nickname or count a lookalike name. Treat the report as research, not as a guarantee of share of voice.
Your content
You keep the product descriptions and questions you submit. You give us permission to send those questions to the configured engines and to store the answers so we can show the dashboard and the email. Unlocked public score cards are visible to anyone with the link.
Liability
Placeholder: to the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and liability for paid use is capped at the fees you paid in the previous three months. Do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Replace this paragraph with wording that matches your jurisdiction.
Ending the contract
You can cancel in the billing portal and delete the account from the billing page. Deletion removes the product, questions, runs, and answers tied to the account. Public checks expire on the retention schedule in the privacy policy.
Law
Placeholder: these terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operating company is established, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory consumer rights. Name the country before launch.
